Jacked Silverback - Hypertrohpy Training Program

The Jacked Silverback program is a 9 week program designed to promote hypertrophy. It is a 4-Day Training split, broken up into 3 week blocks. Each block will rotate exercises so that we can continue to progress. After the full 9 weeks of the program, you can continue back at Week 1 to further your progress, or try another Silverback Training Program like "Silverback Strong", our Power-building training program.
